Defective Items

If you believe your item is defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To request a review of a defective item, please email us with the following information:

Shipping Damage

Scrub Life packages all items carefully to withstand normal shipping conditions. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping or handling by the carrier.

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

All sales are considered final unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

All Scrub Life products are handmade in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

During high order volume, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Insurance

To help protect your order during transit, all shipments valued over $50 include shipping insurance. This insurance is included in the shipping cost and helps cover packages that may be lost or damaged by the carrier.

If an insured package is lost or arrives damaged, Scrub Life will assist in filing the necessary claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other major carriers, depending on the most efficient delivery method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package during transit.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Scrub Life is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

If a product arrives softened or melted, simply allow it to return to room temperature before use.

Scrub Life is not responsible for melting caused by high temperatures during shipping or delivery conditions.
