Shipping Damage

Scrub Life packages all items carefully to withstand normal shipping conditions. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping or handling by the carrier.

Non-Returnable Items

Shipping Insurance

To help protect your order during transit, all shipments valued over $50 include shipping insurance. This insurance is included in the shipping cost and helps cover packages that may be lost or damaged by the carrier.

If an insured package is lost or arrives damaged, Scrub Life will assist in filing the necessary claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other major carriers, depending on the most efficient delivery method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package during transit.

Incorrect Addresses
