At Scrub Life, every product is handcrafted and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns or replacements for items that arrive defective.

Defective Items

If you believe your item is defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To request a review of a defective item, please email us with the following information:

• Your order number

• A detailed description explaining how the product is defective•

• Clear photos showing the issue with the product and packaging

This information helps us properly evaluate the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.

Shipping Damage

Scrub Life packages all items carefully to withstand normal shipping conditions. Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping or handling by the carrier.

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used products

• Opened products

• Items purchased in error

• Scent dissatisfaction

• Color dissatisfaction

All sales are considered final unless the item is confirmed to be defective.

If a defect is confirmed, Scrub Life will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Shipping Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping carrier rates.

Processing Time

All Scrub Life products are handmade in small batches. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.

During high order volume, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Insurance

To help protect your order during transit, all shipments valued over $50 include shipping insurance. This insurance is included in the shipping cost and helps cover packages that may be lost or damaged by the carrier.

If an insured package is lost or arrives damaged, Scrub Life will assist in filing the necessary claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other major carriers, depending on the most efficient delivery method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your package during transit.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Scrub Life is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Scrub Life is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or other shipping interruptions outside of our control.

All Scrub Life products are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, shape, or appearance may occur from batch to batch. These natural variations are normal and are part of what makes handmade products unique.

While we strive for consistency, each item is individually made and may differ slightly from product photos.

Fragrance Disclaimer

Fragrance perception can vary from person to person based on personal preference and sensitivity. While Scrub Life carefully formulates each scent for an enjoyable experience, scent strength may vary depending on the product type and individual expectations.

Because fragrance is subjective, scent preference is not considered a product defect.

3. Melt / Heat Disclaimer (VERY important for body products)

Especially useful for body butters, balms, oils, etc.

Heat & Melt Disclaimer

Many Scrub Life products contain natural oils and butters that may soften or melt during shipping in warm weather. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product.

If a product arrives softened or melted, simply allow it to return to room temperature before use.

Scrub Life is not responsible for melting caused by high temperatures during shipping or delivery conditions.
